Novella Adds Clinical Reporting Head

Michael Boyd, Ph.D., has been named global head of clinical reporting of Novella Clinical, Inc., where he has executive oversight for all Biostatistics and SAS programming activities. Leading the company’s existing clinical reporting team, Dr. Boyd has responsibility for Novella’s four U.S. offices as well as operations in the UK and Russia.

With nearly 30 years of biostatistics and clinical trial experience, Dr. Boyd has worked across a variety of therapeutic areas with a recent focus on oncology, cardiovascular and CNS trials. He has served in global roles for the past five years, with geographic experience spaning Europe, India and the U.S.

Dr. Boyd joins from INC Research where he served as senior director, global biostatistics. He previously held roles of increasing responsibility at PRA International.
